  • Think

It's always my style to ponder and think, then write a review of the films or the movies I watched. This few days, I've been watching a 60-minutes long film "Fight" in school.

It's a bit special, because it seem to be say the unsayable, speak the unspeakable, tell and reveal what's been hidden all the time.

I never deny that movies and songs can have major impacts on things. I could see that after the film, comments and opinions flying around.

The film showed us reality of the society... This is a true statement but for me, an incomplete statement... For me, the film showed us a part of the reality of the society.

I was once a kind of the chracters in the film and also my friend's role saying that people are racist and then we relate to special rights, offers or equal rights. Until a day, a teacher said " We chinese always say the country is racist, because the government has reserved some special rights for the *ahem*. But do we want this thing off so that we get more advantages or we say this purely because we want to be fair..."

The Ms isn't the only who enjoy the rights, there are some "orang asli" also. I don't know... Since that day onwards, I think a lot and I never dare to have a confirm point whether which side is right or correct... In term of fair, the rights are meant to equalise the rich and the poor, causing the gradient to be smaller between races... But did the government overdo it? Or do chinese want an equal right because they know they can definitely do better than the others? A lot to say and a lot to think...

I'm always at the grey area... Because I believed in life, every elements has a special bond, one can never takeover the others, or else there will be unbalance... Just like in this world gangsters are needed because once there are no gangster, there will be no need of police, then either too many people lost their job or they start to do bad things to get money, then there raise a need of policemen... There will be no absolute black or white... Because once without black, we don' know how white is white... Once without white, we don't know how black the black is...

The country need to be fair... But what's the definition of fair? It's different among the people...

There are always people that pop out tell us something that seem to be true or real... They state their mind and what they have... But always remember... Our eyes came in front of our ears... We see then we hear... But again, in this world, what you see may not be true, what you hear may not be true... Because a part of fact doesn't mean it's a whole fact...

In short, this movie doesn't bring me any racial issues but a reminder to think... Because only when we think, we can have our own opinions and wouldn't get influence easily by the others... Don't say what people say... Don't think what people think... See what people didn't see... And think what people can't think.

Because GOD created people once of a kind... There's no use to copy the other...

  • Well, if they really want to increase the standard of *ahem, I strongly against the diminish of teaching maths and science in english policy. Now since the government decide to use BM as the medium to teach the subjects, i believe more unfair policies will be introduced in the future to help the PEOPLE because "OUR" standard will drop.
